• Support for Reg S SPVs into Pre IPO Companies. Investors with accreditation status marked as NOT_APPLICABLE can access Reg S SPVs as long as they are outside of the US.
• Added support for fractional shares into single asset Pre IPO Company SPVs. Subscriptions can be created with a dollar amount instead of share amount.
