Gets the current document for a subscription based on its status. Returns the appropriate document version.

Document statuses are described below. Status is updated as the subscription goes through the flow.

Status	Description
`Template`	Document prior to population with information from the database.
`TemplateFilled`	After the preview has been generated.
`InvestorSigned`	After the document has been signed by the investor.
`AdvisorSigned`	After the document has been signed by the advisor.
