Update an Investor’s Information.

Update an Investor by passing the required fields, given the Investor type. Updating an investor with the proper information is required before enabling an Investor to Subscribe to an SPV. Monark uses PII gathered at this step to prepare the proper tax documents to ensure legal compliance.

Entity Types

US Based Entity

The following values are acceptable for the entityType field if the entity is established in the United States.

• SOLE_PROPRIETOR
• SINGLE_MEMBER_LLC
• LLC
• PARTNERSHIP
• C_CORPORATION
• S_CORPORATION
• TRUST
• IRA_OR_TAX_EXEMPT

Non-US Based Entity

The following values are acceptable for the entityType field if the entity is established outside of the United States.

• NON_US_CORPORATION
• PRIVATE_LIMITED_COMPANY
• PUBLIC_LIMITED_COMPANY
• TAX_EXEMPT_ENTITY
• FOREIGN_TRUST
• OTHER
