Exact transaction reference used to scope holdings through endDate and activity within the date range. For account statements, acquisitions and disposals must consistently carry that account's reference.

Defaults to false

When true, includes in-flight PROCESSING SPV transactions (close requested/in process/funds sent) in the statement. Defaults to false.
