Funding Instruction Event

At each Monark cutoff, Monark groups the buy orders going to a fund's transfer agent (TA). For each third-party custodian, share class and distribution election in that batch, it sends an OmnibusOrderFundingInstruction webhook. The third-party custodian wires the total to the TA or, if it is in the MMM Securities master omnibus, to MMM Securities, which sends the TA one wire covering every participating custodian. The wire to the TA and Monark's trade file must match or the TA rejects the purchase.

Use this webhook to:

Identify the amount the third-party custodian must wire for a fund, share class and distribution election
Reconcile that amount back to the individual orders and model orders that make it up
Retrieve the wire instructions needed to send the payment

Who receives it: the platform the third-party custodian is set up under. Lines from a model order are also sent to the platform that submitted the model order. Each platform receives only its own orders, so the amounts in orders add up to that platform's share of the wire.

No webhook is sent when no orders are linked to the batch, or when no wire instruction is on file for the third-party custodian that covers that fund, share class and election. Contact Monark Operations if you expect a funding instruction and don't receive one.

`wireInstructions`

The bank account the third-party custodian wires to, as set up by Monark: the fund's account, or MMM Securities' account if the third-party custodian is in the MMM Securities master omnibus. Monark holds wire instructions for each third-party custodian and uses the most specific one on file, matching the fund, share class and election where it can and falling back to more general instructions.

The payload does not include a batch ID, cutoff date, total amount, fund or share class name, or CUSIP. Use the X-Webhook-Event-Id header to identify the event, sum orders[].amount for your total, and look up names with the fund and share class endpoints.
