Returns one aggregate model order by internal Monark model order id.

The response includes aggregate order details and an orders array containing the linked Child Orders. Child Orders are created when Monark processes a completed Model Order, so the array is empty while the Model Order is Draft or Processing, and for a Model Order rejected during processing. receivedOrderCount is the number of Child Orders added to the Model Order, in every status.

Each item in orders carries the Child Order's identifiers, account, advisor, status and amount. Retrieve a Child Order with GET /primary/v1/omnibus/order/{id} for its fills, fees and settlement details.
