Private Company Marketplace
Investor accounts, accreditation, and the offerings and companies your investors browse before they invest.
Integrating through Apex AscendOS?The product guidance on this page applies to you. The endpoints, fields and statuses are Monark's; use the AscendOS equivalents listed in Building on Apex AscendOS.
These guides cover everything an investor needs before they can place an order: the account the investment is held in, the accreditation that qualifies them for it, and the surfaces where they find something to invest in.
Build these first. An order cannot be placed without an account and a current accreditation, and both are refused at the point of order rather than earlier — so a platform that leaves them until last discovers the requirement at the worst moment.

Two Things To Know Early
A Pre-IPO company is not investable. Only an SPV over it is. The company catalogue and the company page inform the decision; the offering is what an investor actually subscribes to.
Not every account can invest. Joint and retirement registrations cannot subscribe to a Pre-IPO SPV at all, and accreditation expires after twelve months. Filter at the first screen rather than refusing at the last.
